Shalini Gupta

Shalini is an experienced and accomplished corporate leader with over 20 years of global experience as a senior executive and business consultant. Shalini has spent most of her career in high-tech, working in a multitude of roles that involved large transformations, building high-performing teams and working closely with CEOs and founders to define organization strategy and executing on it. She is currently a partner at Ishwa consulting, a talent advisory firm based in Gurgaon. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of KEI Cables, an INR 4,000 crore revenue BSE listed company. Shalini is passionate about the role of women specifically in technology. She runs a women’s network of about 200 women in technology and through it hopes to make an impact in a small yet meaningful way through it. Shalini is a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
