Shalini Chopra is a DE&I champions and a strategic Business HR Leader. She has been working to promote and support D&I for close to a decade, in the corporate as well as the social sector. She is the founder of DiversiWins, a firm that is actively working in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space, enabling corporates to achieve their DE&I goals through cultural transformation and policy changes.
Shalini believes being blessed with a big crisis early in her life, has helped her discover her purpose at a fairly young age, which inspired her to take several courageous decisions and journeys in her personal and professional life.
Before founding DiversiWins, she was the CHRO at TAKE Solutions. She has been in leadership roles at large and mid-size global organizations, including Fortune 50 companies and specializes in Cultural transformation, Talent Management and Performance Management.
DiversiWins is working with several organizations and their CEOs globally, to help them achieve their DE&I goals and build a culture where equity and inclusion become a norm and a robust women leaders pipeline can thrive. DiversiWins is working on changing the ecosystem to become more inclusive. DiversiWins is actively mentoring and coaching women aspiring to take up executive leadership roles. They believe that ‘Everyone wins with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’.
Having worked and lived in several cities in USA, UK and Europe, and with teams spread across 40 countries, she integrates the goodness of diverse cultures in her work as a people leader.
Being an intrinsic learner combined with the passion and commitment for seeing people happy and successful led her to become a coach in the year 2007. Since then she has impacted thousands of lives and coached senior and executive leaders, globally, on Mindset conditioning and Leadership Excellence.
She was awarded the Exceptional Women of Excellence award by Women Economic Forum.
Shalini gets her strength from music, meditation and bringing a smile to people.
