Seema Bangia has been working with Mahindra Defence Systems Limited (Defence Sector of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd) as “Chief People Officer” since last seven years.
Prior to Mahindra, she has worked with Carlsberg India, ZTE Telecom, Canon India, Keane Inc. (Formally Metamor Inc.), Lucent Technologies, Motorola Information Systems, Arthur Andersen, Nestle India, Triangle Camera Inc., Chicago
Seema Bangia Graduated from Delhi University in Economics and Business Studies and Human Resource Management (2 years’) from First Business School, Chicago, USA.

She is certified in Lead Auditor for ISO 9001-2000 version, certified by Thomas International for Psychometric Evaluation, Association of Psychologists for different psychometric tools. Also, certified in SEI CMM implementation training, P-CMM assessor training, Six Sigma Small Group Activities with DMAIC approach, and In-house Trainer for various Management Competencies
She has Co-authored a book on Management Competencies – 18 Management Competencies – A Business Professional Cannot Ignore.
