CEO & Co-Founder, Youth For Peace International
I am a Social Entrepreneur, Peacebuilder and an International trainer working towards building a peaceful world by empowering young individuals and creating sustainable society. With a vision to build capacities in youth and introduce them to community development, I co-founded Youth for Peace International (http://yfpinetwork.com/) to advocate my interest. I have worked with United Network of Young Peacebuilders as a trainer to implement an online training at Asia-Pacific Level. Also, I’m a generation change fellow at United States Institute of Peace.
I have facilitated trainings at Glocal level especially in volatile zones like Jammu and Kashmir and North Eastern India. I have recently worked on the Gujrat youth policy to include peace components to it. I have been working as the Executive Director of The Startup Edge with a motto of ‘Transforming Passion into Profession. I was the youngest speaker at Commonwealth Youth Summit and also judged Business Conclave at Sri Ram College of Commerce at the age of 18.
Art has kept me inspired for thirteen years in a row, and stimulated my instinct to rely on art therapies for subsuming conflicts subjective to internal and external influence, that has loomed largely affirmative in relegating to attainment of peace. This insight surfaced to structure a vision in me, and to further implicate on larger issues like addressing rehabilitation of Refugees and violence against women, through motivation of play, dance and art therapi
