Sarangoo Ganbat is a Mongolian citizen. She is currently the Admin Assistant of the International Monetary Fund Institute of Capacity Development. Previously she worked as Budget Officer at the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia. Ms. Ganbat holds an MPA from Virginia International University, and a BBA from National University of Mongolia.
