I am an undergraduate student taking BSc. Community Health and Development in JKUAT. Community Health and development is a branch of preventive medicine whose focus and mission is to prevent diseases, promote health, and prolong life through organized and combined community efforts.
It undertakes activities to seek out and remedy risk factors in the community that may adversely affect health,eg. Economic status,growth and development,lifestyle, etc.
