Sapna is the first woman with a very significant set of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, to complete a practice-based PhD on the subject of empowering people with disabilities to speak for themselves. She is a professional documentary film-maker, scholar, activist and author, with a new film and book forthcoming in 2020.
