Santiago Vazquez

Santiago is an avid reader and a tireless curious, which has led him to obtain the following studies: he has a doctorate in economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela; Sociologist, economist and Bachelor of Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid, he is also a graduate of the Management Development Program at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra.
He has been working in the field of leadership and people management in Spain, the Dominican Republic, the Philippines and now in Mexico for more than twenty-five years. He was Director of People of a Galician telecommunications company, where he developed a model of people management aimed at generating higher levels of happiness in the work of employees.
In addition, Santiago is a professor at different universities, speaker and lecturer specialized in motivation, leadership, coaching and happiness at work. The positive vision of the work and its intervention proposals constitute an innovative contribution to the reinvention of management.
He was the founder of the Tec de Monterrey Leadership Institute and currently contributes to the formation of more human organizations.
