Sanjay Vaswani is a HR Consultant and specializes in Talent Development, OD and is an Inclusion Evangelist. His goal is to help Organizations and Individuals perform better. After spending a decade as an employee with firms such as Hewlett Packard – India, IBM – Ireland and SAP – India; Sanjay decided to follow his passion and founded 3rd i – A boutique HR Firm that focuses on a result driven approach to solving Organizational Challenges. Sanjay is known for his unique work style of fusing conventional and non-conventional approaches, challenging the status quo, being very creative and practical with ideas that can be implemented and bring in the results. His workshops have created much impact for the partners he has worked with. He consults for companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Oracle Financial Services, GKN Aerospace, Titan, Volvo, Godrej and Syngene are a few to mention. Sanjay holds a bachelor’s in hospitality management from Mangalore University, a master’s NLP Certified from Neoway Academy. He is a Certified Enneagram Specialist from Integrative Enneagram Solutions, South Africa and is currently pursuing a certification in Life Skills Coaching and Counseling from Parivartan Centre at Bangalore. Sanjay is a learner for life and in his free time, he loves going for long walks with his chocolate brown Labrador; Garlic, and engaging him in conversations that revolve around food, music, books, spirituality and neuroscience.
