I did honors in commerce and cost accountancy course from Delhi. I started my career in finance as Accounts Officer in one of most reputed manufacturing concern oswal chemicals & fertilizers ltd. New Delhi. But recognizing my passion to improve myself and evolve, this passion diverted my career to getting inspired and motivated to live for a higher purpose in life. To fulfill the same I took up Human Resource training and development as my career, for the same I underwent Certified Trainers’ course from Aspire Human Capital private limited, Gurgaon under the eminent guidance of Capt. B J Singh, a renowned Master Trainer Worldwide. I have also undergone “Manager as Power Coach Program” from Coaching & Leadership International, Canada from Mentor & Coach Betska K. Burr (Founder and also an author) and her Indian counterpart Mr. Inderjit Singh.
