Sangeeta is the Co-Founder of Diversity Dialogs, a firm set up with a mission to help organizations reap the benefits of diversity and inclusion. Diversity Dialogs partners with organizations, from strategy to implementation.
Sangeeta has over 34 years of experience in P&L Management, Operations, Training, and HR. She leverages these unique experiences to help companies craft and implement high-impact strategies.
Diversity Dialogs was set up with a mission is to help women and other under-represented groups such as LGBT, generations and people- with-disabilities take charge of all aspects of their lives thereby enabling them to build successful careers. Diversity Dialogs helps organizations understand and secure the benefits of balanced representation in their workforce, especially in leadership roles by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing diversity initiatives and programs to ensure inclusion of diverse groups of people.
Till recently, Sangeeta was responsible for managing the People Value Chain for Bausch + Lomb India ranging from Organization Design and Change Management, to Employee Engagement of a highly distributed workforce, to Reward and Recognition Practice design and management, and Leadership Development & Succession Planning. Under her leadership, Bausch + Lomb’s Career Growth Model, with a 70:20:10 mix of critical experience projects, coaching, formal and self-learning, enabled >55% of Frontline Supervisor and Middle Management roles to be filled from within the organization.
Prior to Bausch + Lomb, Sangeeta was Senior Partner at Lumis Partners, an operating private equity firm, where she was managed a portfolio of companies in the area of Education and Workforce Development. She was also responsible for strategic HR for all group companies, where she successfully rolled out Career Paths, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Plans, HR Policy Structures, Stock Option Plans, Compensation and Benefits Rationalization, and HR Compliance Frameworks.
Prior to Lumis, as Genpact’s Global Training Leader, Sangeeta was responsible for developing training as a strategic differentiator for Genpact and ensuring that learning interventions were tightly integrated with business, performance, and operations excellence goals.
In her tenure with Genpact, the Content Solutions COE and the Global Training team, won 12
International Awards from organizations / associations such as Brandon Hall, LOMA, and ASTD; a testament to her expertise in Learning Intervention Design and Delivery. She has also managed and integrated large global teams to meet both specific and soft targets.
Sangeeta served on GE’s Global Learning Board of Directors (Crotonville, NY) from 2002 to 2005.
Prior to GE, Sangeeta worked at NIIT in various capacities in their Education and Technologies businesses where she won multiple awards for excellence. Her experience at NIIT spanned education & training design, delivery and management for retail and corporate customers across the globe.
Sangeeta also writes 3 blogs. In Sang’s Ramblings she shares her perspectives on corporate life with the underlying belief that every individual is their own best human resource manager. In Parables of a Parkinson’s Patient, she shares authentic stories of her father that compares the vibrant man he is before and after Parkinson’s Disease & Dementia. The blog also has a resource
