I’m an integration catalyst: I catalyze integration of ESG/sustainability in business and in academia, integration of the inner and the outer in life, and integration of the feminine and the masculine.
My purpose is to empower leaders to find their Next versions through integration in business, life and leadership. I play three roles to fulfill this purpose: ESG/Sustainability Leadership Catalyst ; Life& Leadership Integration Coach; Leadership Catalyst for women
1.Catalysing ESG/Sustainability Leadership:
Bhairavi Business & Consultancy (BB&C), the firm I founded, supports organisations & individuals in their leadership journey, through leadership development programs, creative roadmapping and ESG/ sustainability communication (reporting and beyond reporting).We offer a distinct and demystified approach to sustainability leadership through a path of ‘ synthesis’.
Having been trained by GRI (HQ, Netherlands) to train organizations in sustainability reporting, I have assisted organizations to initiate and advance the journey of non-financial reporting.
I’ve produced multiple award winning work in Sustainability reporting ( advisory, consulting and writing) for our client Mindtree in 2020-21. The four global awards by LACP include the Platinum award.
2. Coaching for Integrating Life & Leadership: As an Integration Coach, I take delight in supporting leaders in the cusp of their reinventions to find their Next versions through a path of inner and outer harmony.
3. In my new role as the State President, Karnataka Lifeskills Council, WICCI, I lead a group of passionate women champions to advocate and empower thousands of women in business in core lifeskills.
At Bhairavi Business & Consultancy, I catalyze women leaders to evolve their leadership journeys through a system of Integrated Leadership.

Creating future leaders through academia:
A strong believer in integrating sustainability into academia to create sustainability leaders for the future, I have designed sustainability education programmes for 750 MBA students and trained faculty. Also co-founded the international forum on Sustainability Education at CRB ( Centre for Responsible Business), New Delhi.
My Ph.D is from IISc.(Indian Institute of Science), in Responsible Business.
My research experience comes from three global research organisations- The Nielsen Company, TNS and Synovate, across India and the Middle East.
As Sustainability Editor of ManagementNext, I was privileged to be instrumental in mainstreaming Responsible Business in media.
