Sangeeta made her transition to social entrepreneurship after a 27-year career across companies like Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Digital, Microland and TVS Electronics where she led multi-geography functional teams in Sales, Global Alliances, Pre-Sales, Solutions Marketing, Global Business Services, Business Intelligence, Creative services and HR Operations.
She now leverages her vast experience, networks and learnings from the corporate sector to enable social enterprises & foundations to scale. Her venture Antraprerna empowers enterprises innovating for social impact by enabling an ecosystem of experts, technology and resources available. MyBoTree is a platform for Communities and Learners. It showcases artistes, performers, experts and enables professionals/enterprises in curating experiences.

Passionate about Women’s empowerment and Leadership, Sangeeta is a Business mentor with Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and an avid contributor to Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Forums and Councils Globally. She is a certified Diversity Professional from DTUI and was awarded by NASSCOM for Corporate Leadership & Excellence in 2016 Sangeeta has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from BMSCE, an Executive MDP from IIM, Bangalore and is an Executive Leadership alum from Harvard Business School.
