I am especially focused on reinforcing the firm’s leadership around inclusiveness and related diversity issues, as well as on ensuring high performance and high-quality client service. Although my core interest lies in helping organizations in creating value through responsible & sustainable business practices and having inclusive associations that are built upon shared principles and values, vision and goals, placing people and the planet at the core; however, I am equally passionate about awareness around mental health/wellbeing, and women empowerment. My experience and diverse portfolio include, but is not limited to conceptualizing business strategies, business alignment initiatives, driving innovations, policy advocacy, public-private partnerships & smart cities advisory, sustainability, governance, risk management, circular economy, monitoring & evaluation and climate change advocacy. My holistic view of responsible and sustainable business practices is based on experience of developing and delivering services to some of the biggest brands as I navigate through ethical issues, develop pragmatic concepts and get them implemented. I have practical and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the current legislation, concepts and principles in relation to sustainability and carbon reduction processes along with the experience in implementing and embedding policies and strategies linked to sustainability, carbon reduction in anatomy of the company. I have always believed that there is a social need and responsibility for each of us to volunteer, to invest in our community/ecosystem and to become part of the overall change. As an entrepreneur, I have come a long way. No story is a straight-road, there are no maps and is a complete roller-coaster. With years of hustle, madness surrounding it, the fall and rise, learnings, unlearning, re-learning, millions of anecdotes and billions of lessons/experiences in my repository; my heart is full of gratitude. I have learnt not to brew and marinate in the problems but to invest the power and energy on solutions. Outside of work, you can find me indulging into reading, wellness retreats, socializing, having great conversations, and exchanging stories and emotions.
