I am a certified and intuitive Life Coach with certifications in complementary holistic therapies including Crystal Healing, Usui Reiki, Angel Energy and Angel Card reading. Additionally, I am a qualified Social Worker with over 20 years’ experience working with children and families in statutory, voluntary and non-profit agencies in the UK where I have held mentoring, leadership and management roles. I am super passionate about uplifting and empowering women to put themselves first, let go of limiting beliefs, self-doubt, self-sabotage and past hurts so that they can rewrite their story and become inspired, confident and courageous in pursuing their dreams, goals and ambitions, fulfil their potential and walk fearlessly in their truth.
In my mission as a facilitator of change supporting women, I hope to empower a nation one community at a time.
