Sadhana Somasekhar is Managing Director, Platinum Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., an organization focusing on Executive/CEO Coaching, Leadership Sculpting, and Management Consulting.
She has over 26 years in the IT/ITES industry, addressing business, strategy, and innovation. She is an accredited CEO/Executive Coach, Mentor and certified NLP Practitioner from National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming, USA.
While Platinum focuses on senior level/CXO Level Executive & Leadership Coaching, in 2015, along with a group of acclaimed industry leaders, she founded Zeus Career & Performance Coach Pvt. Ltd., (Zeus Mentors), once again a people & performance centric organization with a unique value proposition, combining Mentoring and Coaching for the hi-potential, mid-career “Corporate Athlete”. She holds office as the MD & CEO of Zeus Mentors.
An active social entrepreneur, she is part of the NASSCOM National Council for Diversity & Inclusion, and was earlier the Chairperson for its council in Tamil Nadu (2012-2015).
She is Chairperson- Bilateral Relations, India-Sri Lanka, India – USA (CPD), ALL Ladies League, and the Vice Chair, for Coaching Foundation India Limited (CFI), Chennai chapter.
Amongst various recognitions and awards, she received the “Best Woman Entrepreneur Across Sectors” – in the Dun & Bradstreet Leading SMEs of India Awards (2014-15) and the “Woman Leader for Innovation” in the 5th Annual Women Leaders of India summit (2014-15). She is the recipient of the “High Intensity Entrepreneur” certificate from AWN, a Michael Potter & Harvard Univ., initiative, Harvard University, USA.
