Ryan Ellefsen is the Managing Partner of Platinum Payment Systems(www.platpay.com) and is also the Vice President of National Marketing Resources (NMR). Ryan knows that for merchants, many of the issues they face involve the disconnect they feel towards the banks they work with because banks don’t understand the frustrations faced by merchants.
