Ruth Cooper-Dickson is the founder and MD of Champs, a global mental health consultancy. Since 2015, Ruth has spoken at organisations across the world helping them to create a thriving culture of positive wellbeing at work, by delivering talks such as the mental health keynote for ING Bank’s ‘Global Diversity & Inclusion Week’ and for Expedia’s ‘Global Wellness Month’ in California. As a patron for UK charity, No Panic, she has been invited to speak at many organisations. Ruth has also spoken at the House of Lords, demonstrating how engaging her message is for diverse audiences. Ruth has completed her MSc studies in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology; her ongoing research is in the field of Coaching and Post-Traumatic Growth.
