Ruchira Garg, Vice President- People Operations at GreyOrange has nearly two decades of experience in HR with leading technology companies like GreyOrange, VMware, Adobe, Sapient and Avaya where she has been driving the people strategy and HR operational excellence for large globally distributed teams.
She is a Psychology Graduate from Lady Shriram College for Women and has a Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics. She is an Accredited Administrator of the MBTI and a Certified NLP Practitioner.
Ruchira has spoken in various forums and conferences like SHRM India, People Matter Tech HR, NASSCOM HR Roundtables, Delhi Management Association and at annual symposia & events of leading management institutions. She is a fiction author and her book ‘Soda, Water, Lemon In My Mocktail’ which touches upon the topic of domestic abuse sensitively was published in 2022. It is available on all leading online platforms. She is an active blogger and writes on various forums such as LinkedIn, WordPress as well as in HR journals. She also likes to use stories to draw out management concepts and has used it in her podcast show “Management Lessons from Bedtime Stories”.
Ruchira is also an itinerant traveller and has travelled across 150+ cities in 30+ countries across the globe. She finds travelling and engaging with people meditative and feels that her adventures help her build different perspectives.
