Ruby is a Digital Marketing Analyst and a newbie Product Owner. Understanding the end-user, strategizing solutions to address their pain points and communicating value of our products using the digital medium, is what she currently does.
With corporate experience of almost 8 years, she is passionate about marketing, psychology, products and people. She thrives on interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds and believes in learning something new every day. She is also mentoring women coming from a break, looking to restart their careers. On the personal front, she is an aspiring storyteller with a passion for the written word.

My role has two dimensions to it, one as a Digital Marketing Analyst & other as a Product Owner/ Analyst.
Digital Marketing Analyst: Mapping the entire customer journey through the marketing funnel including audience
segmentation, onboarding customers, identification of opportunities for Cross-sell and Up-sell.
• Driving a target of 12% increase in sales through an integrated digital Up-selling and Cross-selling campaign called Partner
Point Program.
• Boosting lead generation by an increase in Click Rate of 15% for Q2 & Q4 (formerly 6%) through effective inbound campaigns.
• Driving the traffic increase of 10-12% for Redington Group website by identifying SEO/traffic generation opportunities.
• Supporting brand teams and SBU’s(Enterprise, Mobility, Solar) in strategizing, implementation of campaigns and tracking
KPI’s.
• Conducting Feedback Surveys and sentiment analysis to assess the impact of new initiatives.
• Maintaining the content calendar, contributing to the company newsletter.
• Analyzing User behavior on Redington group website and administering LinkedIn page, auditing the posts and updates.
