Ruby supports the development and delivery of the international programmes activities, including the Awards, Global Leadership Initiative, School of Fundraising, regional workshops, and the Knowledge Hub. She leads on the monitoring and evaluation process of the department, as well as contributing towards and supporting the development of the international programmes strategy.
