Is a dynamic thought leader, adviser and transformational life coach.
Having spent over 35 years in the corporate area in senior roles including Head of Sales and Marketing & Client services Director. She has attended and presented at various business exhibitions around the UK advising SME’s on marketing, advertising and general business development. She is a fellow of both the Institute of Sales Management, and the Chartered Management institute.
She originally started her working role in the position of employment & career advisor for people with special needs which included ex- offenders and the ‘disadvantaged’. Identifying the gaps in the services gave her a real appetite for coaching and advocacy.
Rosie has run courses on assertiveness, confidence building, self- awareness, presentation skills, Sales, networking, lead generation, overcoming fear, disability v ability, over 40 but not over the hill, mental health, dynamic, presence, talk to yourself, self- esteem, and more.
Rosie’s passion is people. Her aim is to ensure that women realise the innate abilities that they have been blessed with coupled with the skills and experiences that make them truly awesome and helpto harness those talents to live ‘Happy’.
Her mantra is ’ live out loud, proud and on purpose’.
She has recently left the corporate arena after 35 years and has started her own coaching and mentoring business called ‘Transformation Warrior’ which she points out originally came from the biblical quote ‘Be you therefore transformed by the renewing of your mind’
A qualified counsellor, life coach and certified Master coach Rosie believes that we need to focus on life today. Her goal is to get everyone to find happiness in todays living.
Rosie’s role and system is to help you ‘find your happy’ and hold on to it. She is also Chair of the local Mental Health Action Group charity (Mental Health Action Group) where she regularly engages with the local community and support groups to effect change to challenge the stigma and myths that surround mental health. Rosie is also the Co -founder and Director for a community gospel choir that was formed eight years ago.(Redditch Community Gospel Choir). A talented singer in her own right she has also performed in several bands and played at various venues around the country. The epitome of living out loud, proud and on purpose.
