Founder of Bova Enterprises, Inc. (BE) Rosemary A. Bova is known for bringing innovation and a comprehensive all-inclusive approach to organization problem solving and development. With more than 20 years of experience, Bova’s passion for the world of work is demonstrated by her ability to build trust whether with C Suite executives and/or factory floor workers. Valuing and appreciating the contributions workers make at every level of an organization.
Bova’s philosophy is based on a partnership between coach/consultant and client. An audit of BEI clients stated that “Rosemary has an uncanny ability to empathize with their situations, help them to work through them and move to a new level of understanding.” “Rosemary remains sensitive to individual and work group needs while assisting companies to implement business-driven changes.” “Its amazing how fast Rosemary creates trust and can hone in deeply on an issue”.
“From the very beginning, Rosemary was a dedicated, empowering mentor who was unequivocally invested in – and devoted to – my success. Rosemary has a unique ability to truly listen and cut down to the core of any situation to get at the root of what may be some of the underlying causes. She works tirelessly to ask the questions that need to be asked, in order to obtain an understanding of the situation, and builds trust, respect and admiration along the way – becoming a trusted confidant and advisor in all aspects of life – professional and personal.”
What started out as a narrow focus (on my part), quickly broadened. Rosemary’s gift is being able to look at things from a broader perspective – a higher level – and in an encouraging, supportive way, was able to open my mind to new ideas, opportunities, and ways of thinking about and approaching situations.” Christina D’Assaro
