Dr. Ronit Kark serves as an Associate Professor of Organizational and Leadership Studies at the School of Psychology at Bar Ilan Universityin israel and was the founder and former Director of the Gender in the Field Graduate Program. She is also an affiliate Scholar at the Center for Gender in organizations (CGO) at the Simmons Business School, Boston. Dr. Kark works with senior executives and management teams to enhance leadership and organizational effectiveness and is the President of Kark Associates. She has extensive experience in organizational consulting, team facilitation and executive coaching. and her clients are from the private sector, the public sector and NGOs. She is a popular keynote speaker at conferences, organizational and industry events around the world, integrating her industry experience and academic background on topics such as Leading Change, Leading Diversity, Post-Heroic forms of Leadership, Play as a form of development, Networking for Change and Unleashing Creativity. Her work has been published in various leading journals and books and she serves on the editorial boards of various international journals and the boards of NGO (Studio of her Owen, Women’s’ Film Festival, OFEK, etc).
