Rohini is the founder & CEO of R V Learning , an organization which helps start-ups to scale up their business. She advises small business owners on marketing and content development. Her organization also offers solutions to the corporate clients to make their workplaces inclusive to support diversity.
An MBA from Vlerick Business School, Belgium , Rohini worked in sales leadership roles handling Indian and overseas markets. She was the business head of a large Kuwaiti business conglomerate namely KIPCO, where she headed their Financial training business unit and catered to international markets viz Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Europe, Australia & UK. She spearheaded the new business unit and acquired customers in Middle East and South Asia. She also established new business partnerships with vendors in United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Europe. Rohini brings with her almost twenty-five years of exposure to selling of services in multiple industries, her expertise lies in consultative selling in B-to-B markets, managing sales teams and content creation.
Rohini is a columnist on the Times of India Opinion , she teaches Marketing and entrepreneurship as a visiting faculty in business schools and writes about women, business and the society in general. She recently edited and published a book named , “ The Chronicles of Kashmir”. She received Svavlambika women achievers award and the best educationist award from Excelligent.
