Rohini Nair

Rohini is the founder member of the Law firm ANB Legal (www.anblegal.in) as its first Associate. Rohini Nair is a Commerce Graduate and holds an LL.B. Degree from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai. She has been instrumental in upliftment of the firm’s clientele and establishment of the Firm as a full service national law firm having its branches in Mumbai,
Delhi, Goa and Houston- USA.
As the core member of the corporate/commercial team, Rohini has negotiated and closed many complicated transactions on the aforementioned with her team whom she now heads at ANB Legal.
Rohini directly and extensively deals with matters such as:
• corporate restructuring,
• restructuring of cross border deals and transactions.
• M&A, joint ventures,
• private equity,
• several corporate commercial transactions,
• advise clients on strategies for structuring transactions,
• conducting due diligence exercises, and
• identifying risks and involve in drafting and negotiations.
Her hard work, subtle professional sincerity and ability has been appreciated by almost all clients whom she has serviced.
Rohini is an avid speaker on various forums in professional and collegiate functions where she has addressed the audience on corporate law transactions, negotiations and structuring of deals.
Rohini has been a professional dancer in the classical Bharat Natyam form of dance for 9 years and has performed in various places in India and around the globe with a celebrated actress of yesteryears.
