Born in Shanghai, China ,she grew up in Sydney, Australia. Graduated from University with a MA degree in Child psychology. Traveled through Europe for two years and then came to the United States. She worked for several years for Young and Rubicam in advertising and marketing. Bringing many specialty items throughout the world to the United States, and vice a versa. This was at the time the largest advertising agency in the world. Much of this was accomplished by speaking several languages. As an entrepreneur. Owned and operated an international import export business. Traveling all over the world collecting beautiful, colorful and unusual handicrafts, indigenous to all of the countries, that you visited , but were unable to put into your luggage. Worked for 21 years with the Discovery Channel under a pseudonym , often to very dangerous places, creating & writing stories for television. Now semi-retired, and freelancing. Living in sunny San Diego, California. Still traveling the world looking for that elusive ,incredible story, that every writer wants to publish. She is in the process of writing two books one of which is a collection of short stories ,poignant, humorous, and exciting moments of her world travels and experiences. Meeting so many wonderful and warm, different people and yet realizing, that under the skin we are ,all the same.
