Riza Pelaez

Riza Pelaez the founder of Women Empowered Community.https://www.facebook.com/WomEmpowerment7/ page on Facebook which is now a company in Japan called WEI. Giving access to women and girls all around the globe to be recognized and be heard. She believe in the power of women in leadership. Her goal is to have more women on stage giving talks and presentations, showing them that they can do what men can do as well.

Her story
She began Her speaking career when she joined JCI in 2011 in Cebu, Philippines. After acquiring a trainer certificate, she knew that that was She meant to be doing. She have spoken in small crowd like senior citizen people, gave leadership training to members of a multilevel marketing company, gave inspiration talks in schools and churches. But had to change career and worked in Japan for a different industry. Last 2017, after attending a seminar in Korea she have decided to continue with her journey as a speaker and now working on getting my first book to be published as one of the ways to promote my new founded company, WEI (Women Empowered Institute).

Women Empowerment
The page she created on Facebook has now gained thousands of followers, a platform she use to introduce women and their career. Her aim to give greater opportunity for women to step up and show what they can do. Women in leadership needs more exposure in all types of industry. She is currently studying Women in Leadership at Case Western Reserve University, an online course and in the process of publishing her first book which she hope to be released next year before the International Women’s day.
