I am Riniki Bhuyan from Assam. Me and my daughter Dipannita Bhuyan have an apparel brand under the name “Ethnic Elegance” and we’ve been doing it for the past 8 years. Our collections contain organic prints and dye combined with modern day cuts and styling. We strive to keep the rawness of our handloom culture but try and keep it classy yet stylish. We work with a lot of underrated artisans with various techniques like hand block printing, natural dye, hand-spun and handwoven fabric. I started this venture solely because of my passion and love for styling and clothing, just like any other woman, only I turned my passion into a business, I love.
