GenWiz Consulting LLP is focused on developing and implementing gender-based development models and consultations (solutions to gender inequality). Through their capacity building programmes and initiatives, we endeavour to build relations and create togetherness that breaks through gender biases in gender roles, stereotypes and discriminations.
Personally, she is a firm believer that the paradigm of gender parity and equity as it exists today, isn’t a question of sustenance nor expedience, but rather a matter of perceived credibility, and the acceptance of ‘what is’. She help individuals and organizations achieve extraordinary results, improve quality of life, and accelerate productivity through greater and more meaningful collaboration between people regardless of gender or sex differences.
She conduct training programs, workshops, and Mars Venus Life & Relationship coaching services that dramatically enhance personal and organizational performance in the areas of leadership, teamwork, communication, relationships, and life management skills.
In a career spanning nearly a decade, she has trained more than 40,000 individuals across corporate houses and academic institutions on Gender Sensitization, having worked with names like Hindustan Times, IIIMS, IIT, IIM, etc.
