Richa Sinha is an educator, investor & corporate HR leader with 20 years of experience in investing, HR, skill development, mentoring & championing women’s issues in the corporate world. She has worked across industries like Telecom, Automotive, Healthcare, KPO & Trade Chamber and led teams through organisational transformation, process automation, culture interventions & restructuring among others.
Being a curious learner & a keen investor herself, she has always enjoyed sharing her personal finance knowledge with others. However, it was not until experiencing ups & downs in her own personal & professional life, that she truly appreciated the importance of taking charge of one’s financial life.
Richa founded SHE Wealth to empower women with financial education, that, she believes, is the single largest factor that can establish gender equity in society. SHE Wealth is unique as it blends self & peer-learning along with expert-mentoring. Richa believes that managing finances is joyous & fulfilling and it doesn’t have to be a lonely experience. Recognising the social conditioning of women around money, SHE Wealth is actively developing a community of women investors to provide a safe & non-judgmental space for them to learn & grow together. The vision of SHE Wealth is not just to build an organisation, but to start a movement that educates, empowers, enables & engages women to take charge of their financial health.
An alumna of Delhi School of Economics, Miranda House & Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore’s Entrepreneurship program, Richa is also member of various women’s associations like the Cherie Blair Foundation, NITI Aayog’s AIM mentors & of course, WEF, WICCI & ALL.
