With Bepow we seek to maximize the potential of ambitious young women who they want to reach management positions, undertake or grow in their professional careers, to
that the companies themselves benefit from it, with higher incomes and, especially, the world, with more women in centers of power that carry out innovative policies and Different hand in hand with men. The scope of the problem is worldwide, surveys most encouraging of 2019 speak of 29 percent of women in management positions, but the Women’s participation in power centers is still very low.
It has not been possible to solve because it has put the main focus on the external, in the companies, in governments, but there is also a part within women, due to the education that we have had that limits us to ourselves, we have no confidence, we suffer from the impostor syndrome, we do not apply to jobs but we fulfill 100 percent of the requirements, while men apply with 70 percent of those requirements, we we remove ourselves in many cases from the professional career, and we believe that putting the focus on this can be advanced while other organizations are dedicated to fighting for legislative matters, such as conciliation, labor flexibility. Unlike the different ways that are being tested to help women, Bepow creates an ecosystem for the growth of women, a means of communication digital to listen to it and give you the information you ask for, a network of experts and coaches international to accompany in its growth, a network of experts with online courses to advise and access an international network of women who can inspire them in his path. Unlike other ideas, Bepow focuses on two key aspects, the women we need to increase our confidence and break the internal limitations that they are holding us back in our ascent and we have to focus on creating an alliance women’s international so that can happen. Bepow advocates, unlike others
media and ecosystems, in focusing on what unites us to the women of the world and not in our differences and hence builds.
