Ms. Reema Jain is a Post Graduate in Commerce, Company Secretary, and a Bachelors in English Literature from Delhi University. She also holds the Accounting Technician Certificate from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
She currently runs her practicing firm in New Delhi and is serving on the board of some public limited companies as an Independent Director. She is also a member of the National Media and Publicity Division of Terapanth Professional Forum.
She has rich experience of handling all aspects of Company Secretarial function, Sarbox Compliances and Reporting. She also has experience in the fields of finance, legal, secretarial, personnel and administration, statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect taxes.
She has authored series of books on Companies Act, 2013 for professionals. She is also a regular contributor to online professional journals in topics pertaining to Corporate Laws. She is also a faculty at various CPE hour programs of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, for crash courses on Law for their curriculum – across India. She is also a visiting faculty at various management institutes including BML Munjal University. In the past, she has been felicitated at various conferences and conventions of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as the best paper presenter on topics pertaining to Corporate Law and as a speaker at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
