Ravi Singhania with over two decades of experience has been bequeathed with innumerable legal accolades and has been consistently rated as India’s top corporate-M&A, dispute resolution, and project finance lawyer. Ravi has the experience of being on the board of major Indian publicly traded companies and also of Indian subsidiaries of numerous Fortune 500 companies. He has been a legal counsel to World Bank, Ministries of Indian Government, Public Sectors Undertakings and Banks apart from large and medium private enterprises
He is counted amongst top legal luminaries of India in independent surveys conducted by Lexis Nexis Publication and Indian Corporate Counsel Association. He has authored a book titled “Drafting of Contracts”- Templates with Drafting Notes published by Bloomsbury Professionals. The book provides practical tips for lawyers drafting Commercial Contracts with special emphasis on templates of important and day to day contracts.
