An ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Rashmi Shetty is the founder Director of The Third Eye. She combines NLP, EFT, TA & DISC assessment in her coaching & facilitations. She has also completed all four levels of the All India Bhagavad-Gita exams conducted by Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan.
A leadership & attitudinal coach, her interventions through behavioral facilitations & talks have helped many of her clients in the necessary shift. In today’s fast paced world it is important to pause to look within. This INSIDE OUT process is what she brings into her coaching assignments & the programs she facilitates.
Her clients work across the IT, ITES, FMCG, Construction & Financial sectors. She also coaches women leaders & entrepreneurs.
Passionate about music, she was an RJ & chat show host with All India Radio’s F.M Rainbow for a decade. She continues to stay in touch with her love for music by emceeing musical shows.
She is also a national & international award winner as scriptwriter & narrator for radio documentaries.
