Ranjani Mohana

R Mo Diversity Solutions was founded by Ranjani Mohana who has gained vast experience in working with local, state and federal government agencies for over a decade. Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage them efficiently has gained her strength in understanding the application process and to obtain certifications earlier than the prescribed time-frame. Being an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills is the strength she brings to assist business with certifications. Ranjani Mohana holds three master’s degrees, Journalism, MBA and information systems from Texas Universities. She is active in church community and her passion for art have evolved in her exhibiting in several juried shows in and around Northern California.
