Rania Abdalla

Rania is the Executive Board Member of IRC Global Executive Search Partners the World’s largest executive search alliance, represented by more than 90 cities across 6 continents. She is also the Global Leader of Consumer & Retail practice group www.ircsearchpartners.com.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Aspire HR Consultants www.aspire-hr.com , IRC Egypt and IRC UAE www.uae.ircsearchpartners.com. At Aspire HR Consultants, Rania and team focus predominantly on HR solutions such as executive search, HR consultancy, leadership assessment and empowering and preparing women on board which is a key aspect to creating and delivering winning strategies, competitive cultures and successful businesses.

She is a graduate of the American University in Cairo majoring in Economics and a holder of a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management in Kingston Business School, UK.
Rania has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources where she held senior managerial positions in PepsiCo UK, UAE and Egypt prior to founding Aspire HR Consultants. Rania was granted many global and regional awards; she was the “overall winner” of the Emirates Business woman Award (www.ewa.ae) – a prestigious award from HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoom. She also won the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award; granted by PepsiCo CEO in New York. She was awarded by Director General of the UAE National HR Development Authority the Appreciation Award. Other awards include the Inclusion Award from PepsiCo Region’s President and the Star Award at PepsiCo Headquarters in the US.
