She is skilled in contingency searches, diversity hiring, executive and leadership hiring, and retained assignments.
Currently she has a team of women along with her who have been homemakers or taken a break from work, including a paralysis survivor. She believes in the power of perseverance and that everyone can think big and live the life of their dreams.
