Rakhi Arora

Rakhi is a digital evangelist and thought leader with a keen eye for emerging technologies. She comes with a diverse experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Strategic Research and Product Management. She holds an MBA from Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi.
She has been instrumental in leading digital transformations through technology led strategic consulting across industries such as financial services and travel domain.
She is currently spearheading a team of Business Analysts as a Lead Business Analyst and is responsible for leading the projects, programs and initiatives in the FinTech domain to drive innovations and to develop processes and procedures to streamline business operations. She has conducted PAN India product trainings for business users to drive change management. As a Product Consultant, she has owned the strategy and roadmap for a key lending product used in the industry.
She has been recognized with awards for sustained and substantial commitments of time, advocacy and hard work. Accredited with international certifications for business and process excellence on BPMN, Scrum Master Primer, Lean, DevOps and Big data.
She is an avid reader and loves to listen to music in her spare time.
