Rakhee Malik has had an illustrious career spanning over 24 years in Human resources management. She has worked across a range of preeminent organizations in management consulting and Knowledge services industry in India
In her current role, Rakhee heads the people function for Kearney India, one of the world’s leading consulting firms. She is also a board member for Kearney India and Cervello India. Rakhee has expertise in driving strategic HR priorities around Leadership development, Global talent management, Diversity & inclusion initiatives and Transformational leadership. Prior to Kearney, Rakhee has worked across leading organizations like McKinsey & Company and WNS Global services. While at McKinsey, she was instrumental in setting up and growing their first ever Knowledge Centre in India. Rakhee also spearheaded the HR and Professional Development function for the Research & Analytics team at WNS Global Services. An eminent speaker at industry forums and educational institutions, she is often invited to share her thinking on Woman Leadership and Diversity. Rakhee is also on the Executive board for AIMA Young Leaders Council and their National Mentorship program chairperson.
She was awarded the “Women Super Achiever Award” by the World HRD Congress in 2016, “Most Influential HR Leader” in 2017, “Exceptional Women of Excellence” by Women Economic Forum in 2017 and “Iconic Woman creating a better world for all” by WEF in 2020.
