Culture & Change Leader, Pfizer Global Supply

India

As a culture leader my vision is creating an human ecosystem that engages and energizes every colleague to contribute meaningfully to build a world class organization.
After bachelors & postgraduate work in psychology I pursued my doctoral degree in applied psychology & behavioral science from the Department of Psychology, University of Madras, India.
I am passionate about continuous learning, organization development, leadership, diversity & out of box thinking. I’m keen on creating unique opportunities for talented and committed people and help them to advance their personal vision and grow the organization. In my current role as Culture and Change leader for Pfizer India, I facilitate development, integration and coordination of company’s culture change plans that is aligned with Pfizer’s strategic vision, mission and fit.

I am a proud creator of DIWA(Diversity & Inclusion through Women Allies) Pfizer India Women Network. DIWA supports the development and advancement of women at Pfizer through mentoring, learning and networking opportunities.
I serve on the regional(Tamilnadu) team of Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) – India Women Network(IWN). I lead the learning and development pillar for IWN, collaborating and networking with industry bodies to facilitate women empowerment in India.

I have a strong conviction to develop hi-potential women from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. I volunteer over the week ends at an NGO which provides employability skills to underprivileged college students who otherwise do not have access to such opportunities. Even at Pfizer I engage with women from contingent workforce by holding several conversations that will foster resilience and empowerment.

I am a compulsive blogger and a networking enthusiast.
