A development sector professional with over 9 years of experience in training and facilitation, strategic planning, management and operations, and curriculum design. In the capacity of an ‘intra-peneur’ Rajika currently works with one of the largest research thinks in India – Centre for Policy Research (CPR). At CPR’s Accountability Initiative she is currently leading and building their Learning and Development work.

Rajika was previously working with Teach for India, as part of their Alumni Impact team. She has a Masters in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK and a Bachelors in English Literature from Gargi College, Delhi University. She has also been chosen and participated in British Council’s Global Exchange program, Asia Europe Foundation’s Cultural University, and Dasra’s Accelerator program.
