Radka led McKinsey’s Prague’s work on diversity and its impact on culture and performance. Examples of projects: – Managed and executed the Czech streamline of McKinsey global Women Matter research. Conducted interviews and delivered detailed feedback to heads of HR and management teams in 23 leading companies with focus on how companies can use diversity as a performance lever to improve organizational performance and culture with practical interventions. Based on that study Radka co-authored report Unlocking the Full Potential of Women in Czech Business. Until then it was the most quoted mckinsey report and its results were exclusively published in Forbes – Led a transformational change study for a leading Central European insurance company. As a discussion partner to the CEO and individual board members, Radka designed and coordinated a set of initiatives to improve people and client focus for the entire organization – Designed and implemented a Lean program for a leading Central European insurance company. Led and developed capabilities of a cross-functional team of 10 (directly) and 100 (indirectly). Contributed to savings of EUR 3 million by reducing processing time and 50+ % error rate 2005-2007 UNITED NATIONS WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME ROME, ITALY Finance & Contribution Officer(2006-07)–Consultant(2005-06)–Financial analyst(2005) Initiated, developed, and implemented the finance function and relevant infrastructure in Private Sector Fundraising division leading to a significant increase in the efficiency of processing and managing funds. – Registered and managed all private sector donations, valued at USD 119 million in 2005 – Recruited and managed a team responsible for allocating funds to over 150 projects globally – Identified financial issues, developed policies, and ensured compliance in 74 country offices
