Radha Shreeniwas – India

Radha joined LinkedIn India as Director HR in 2014. She brings with her strong domain experience spanning more than 11 years of work across Human Resources, Marketing and Business Development. At LinkedIn, Radha heads the team that provides strategic business partnership to the India business.
Radha holds an Electrical engineering degree from the University of Rochester. After pursuing and solving several Software Engineering challenges, she decided to learn more about the business world. To jumpstart that journey, she pursued an MBA degree in Marketing and Strategy from Yale University’s Yale School of Management, while parenting a young son.
After a stint with Thomson Reuters as a Programmer and Analyst, Radha assumed the role of the Operations Leader at Target India. This gave her the chance to explore her entrepreneurial side. Her natural leadership skills gave her an opportunity to become the head of L&D for Target India. As a Senior Group Manager in Target Corporation she was responsible for leading Organizational Effectiveness and Six Sigma.
Further to that, Radha deepened her HR domain expertise in the United States as a Strategic HR business partner for groups as diverse as Technology, Community Relations, Corporate Security & Legal at Target HQ.
