Rachna Narang

Rachna Narang is the Academics Head at Next Education India Pvt Ltd. She has over 16years of professional experience, and has conducted more than 600 training programmes on a variety of subjects like Digital Classroom Teaching and Practices, Effective Communication, Personality Development, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Time Management, Leadership, Team Building, Motivation, Interpersonal Skills, Business Communication Skills and Emotional Intelligence.

After teaching inAssumption Convent School, Punjab, Abohar- under Jalandhar Diocese, for 6 years as a senior teacher, she trained students of government colleges in Chandigarh on soft skills under the Chandigarh Training on Soft Skills (CTOSS) programme. This was followed by soft skills, IELTS and cross-cultural training to engineering and medical students.

In 2009, she joined Educomp Solutions Limited and trained more than 3000 teachers on digital classroom teaching programmes and practices across the North Zone in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. In 2013, she joined Next Education, and has so far conducted more than 100teacher workshops across the country for CBSE empanel led programmes.
