Started my career as a Customer Support Executive turned out as a target-oriented person then my friend introduced me to HR profession nothing stopped me to became a HR Manager. I contributed into Organizational development, training and development, handling grievance, recruitment cycle and volunteered into project delivery and big client accounts handling which helped company to move further up in the ladder. As a Project Head in an NGO major milestone includes India first working women achievers award(Set the trend by including Transwomen to be treated as women), carnival for special kids once in a year, conducted creative workshop for government school kids, taken an orphanage for excursion, Cleaned Forest, Lead accident free nation, organizer for creating vision 2020 for 3000ppl. Entrepreneur Journey begins as a Founder of Arivum Aatralum to conduct meaningful events like Sexual health education talk to parents, Parenting toddler, Understanding of kids via creative doodling and to bring back kids to tradition arts like Bommalattam, silambam etc Science expo, training on focus for public appearing students, international culture workshop to create a better India. We do workshops in Chennai Bangalore and Coimbatore. She supports women empowerment. As a Activity based Trainer has conducted workshops in Foxcon, Renalut Nissan, Big Basket and in Anna Adarsh college, given motivational talk to Government school special kids parents,Rani Meiyyammai School kids and so on.
