Puja has about 18 years of experience as a human resource leader, providing strategic thought to shape human capital solutions for corporates and emerging organizations. Puja is the founder of ‘Unfold’ an organization that offers people and change based solutions to build inclusive workplaces to enable a culture of collaboration and intrapreneurship.

Unfold works with various multi-national and Indian businesses to build bias free workplaces that are inclusive of gender, generational and cultural dynamics.

Puja is passionate about women empowerment and developing women leaders and entrepreneurs to realize their potential and has been associated with several agendas. Working with businesses and helping them to scale with relevant people strategies is an additional endeavor.

In various ways, Puja has provided thought leadership for understanding generations at work, (in India) through papers and a published industry research sponsored by NASSCOM. The study has been acknowledged across various forums that includes CII (South India). She collaborates with key forums offline, social and virtual to shape agendas for building capability.

She is a regular speaker, has moderated several CXO panels at Industry summits & HR forums and publishes articles on emerging topics in people & change management.

In the past, she has had leadership roles in talent management and organizational development with organizations like CGI and Accenture. She is based in Bangalore, India
