Priyanka Sud founded “Priyanka Sud & Associates” in 2001. She oversees all the activities relating to the firm which over the years has expanded many folds in legal sector. She is registered at Punjab and Haryana Bar Council in September 2001 and is passionate about investing her heart and soul towards providing effective, affordable and practical services to our clients and has a vast experience having practiced at the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, District Courts of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula and the Quasi-Judicial Bodies of Chandigarh since 2001. During these 21 years of practice She has handled Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Service and Corporate Matters. She has also handled matters in relation with the Cyber Act , Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act, Matrimonial Act, Domestic Violence Act, Senior Citizen Act, IPR, Industrial, Trade, Financial, Consumer, NRI and others. She is a POSH, Matrimonial, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Corporate and RERA Consultant and has represented managements of companies, individuals and conducted trials across a spectrum of industries. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, cross-examination abilities, and ability to counsel clients on effective case preparation and probable outcomes. In cases where there is a guilty plea, she is commended for her skilful mitigation in assessing cases in totality in order to achieve non-custodial sentences where possible.
Presently Ms Priyanka Sud is on the Panel of Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (PUNSUP), Punjab State Co-operative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (MARKFED), Regional Centre for Biotechnology under the auspices of UNESCO for Punjab & Haryana High Court. She is also on the Panel of Army Force Tribunal for Union of India at Chandimandir and on the Advisory Board of Prasanchetas Foundation (A Non-Profit Company registered working for the empowerment of the girls, women, children and youth). She is a National Executive Committee member of Indian National Association of Legal Professionals (INALP) an Executive Member The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE) Chandigarh Chapter. She is chairing the Punjab State Chair India Mentoring & Motivation under the auspices All Ladies League for G100 and has Chaired The Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) Chandigarh Chapter for 2020-21. Ms Priyanka Sud was a Senior Panel Counsel Union of India for Punjab & Haryana High Court and the President of Indian Lawyers Association (ILA) Chandigarh Chapter in 2019-2020. She spoke on the topic “Shaping Our Future Together Women and Girls – Closing the Gender Gap” at the APSWDP UN- 75 Association of Professional Social Workers and Development Practitioners affiliated with the United Nations Department of Global Communications (UN DGC) and on World Women’s Equality Day on the topic “Re-defining Women Equality” in 2020. She was a key note speaker At Law Joint on Consumer Protection Act 2019 & Amendments. She has spoken at various schools to spreading Legal Awareness on various topics, has Judged various Moot court Competitions at Law Schools and has educated numerous students on the possible career avenues after pursuing LLB.
