Priya Dixit

Priya is a multi-faceted person with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, a MBA from USA, B.Ed from IGNOU and a Certificate in School Leadership and Management from the Harvard School of Education and Harvard Business School. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Hindi and has completed the basic Spanish course. She possesses a varied skill-set and has worked in diverse roles in the Finance and Marketing functions at leading corporates in the past, prior to her starting her career in education. Priya has taught in the IB Primary Years Programme and has lead the IB Diploma Programme, as the DP Coordinator, besides teaching Business Management and Theory of Knowledge for students in the Diploma Programme. Priya is also an accomplished senior Bharatanatyam artiste, and has received prestigious awards and citations for proficiency in the art-form from several art organizations. She also volunteers her time as the Honorary Joint Secretary of a society for artists serving towards the needs and welfare of the community. Priya derives inspiration from daily life and people around her and believes in the philosophy of being curious and a life-long learner. At AAIS, she leads the School Leadership Team.
