Introduction – Preetha has over 16 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Organizational behavior, Leadership Development, Process facilitation and Executive Coaching across India, Asia Pacific, U.S. & Australia. She brings a unique combination of corporate senior management expertise and real-time experience of being a coach, mentor, trainer – facilitator and HR practitioner. She has trained over 1500 leaders across countries and has over 250 hours of one-on- one Leadership Coaching experience and has facilitated numerous high impact programs Pan India, Singapore, Malayasia, China, Philippines, Middle East, Srilanka and Australia. Her experience includes, engaging teams in strategy workshops, conducting change management sessions facilitating skill gap analyses and empowering self-learning programs. Recent highlights include Team Building using Theatre/Film Making techniques, Prevention of Sexual harassment (Mandated by Law as per 19(B) Act, Coaching for Managers and designing long – term learning intervention for People Managers.
